Shipping policy

When you place an order online, your order will be shipped using our primary shipping carrier, USPS (United States Postal Service). We do not currently ship internationally (outside of the USA) at this time. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We ship using USPS and provide our customers with two (2) shipping options:

1) First Class Package: 1-2 days delivery

2) Priority Mail: 1 day delivery

Lost/Stolen Packages

Silvia Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly . Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
